SAQ TRAINING

Understanding the concept of speed is complex, and in order for our athletes to get Bigger, stronger and faster several variables must be present in the workout.

 

In addition, speed is also relative to strength and sport. Some sports require linear and lateral speed, while other sports may be linear or Asymmetrical in design. That’s why it’s crucial to have diversity in your training. 

 

Our workouts are 75-90 minutes in design and feature: 

  • Dynamic flexibility 

  • Form-run techniques

  • Strength segments

  • Agility and quickness techniques 

  • Endurance and conditioning

  • Core stabilization 

Our programs are set up for buddy training, small group, large group, and team formats 

Over a 1-month, 2-month and seasonal basis.

 

Sessions missed during the week can be 

Made up over the weekend with one of our specialized groups.
