“This is an innovate, dynamic, and well-balanced program that comprises the major components of fitness: Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Cardiovascular, Flexibility, and Mobility training, in an interval-circuit style. There are different classes available throughout the day to fit different schedules and Fitness levels.

COUPLES / BUDDY TRAINING

This option is good for boyfriend/girlfriend, siblings, colleagues, or friends and family alike. You choose the tandem, and we will try to make it happen for you. If by any chance that you don’t have a partner, and you are interested in joining a tandem, feel free to contact us.
These times are set, however, other times can be discussed once you have a buddy in mind.

1 ON 1 TRAINING

is available for individuals looking to get a tailored workout based on goals, wants, and needs. This program includes a full assessment evaluation and nutritional consultation. The nutrition evaluation, consultation, and shopping appt. can be purchased separately from the Personal Training option, if an individual desires to have a buddy or small group training format.
Available times for 1 on 1 Training are 1st come 1st serve basis. (on request)
SPORTS TRAINING

SAQ Programs are designed to cater to athletes who are trying to get “Bigger, Stronger, Faster’, in their respective sport. Our SAQ programs are usually 75 minutes in length, comprising of segments that include: Linear Speed Training, Lateral Agility Training, Explosive Strength Training, Relative Strength Training, Sports Specific Training, and Core Stabilization.

SAQ Girls: 4:00-5:15 Monday and Wednesdays (Female Athletes)
SAQ Boys: 5:15-6:45 Monday and Wednesdays (Male Athletes)
SAQ Open: 4:00-6:00 Fridays only (Mixed groups available)
SAQ Girls: 12:00-1:15 Sundays only (Female Athletes)
SAQ Boys: 1:30-2:45 Sundays only (Male Athletes)
HOME TRAINING

Training at your place of residence or humble abode is an option. Please inquire within about pricing, details, program layout, and nutrition counseling. Prices and Times available for this option are relative to distance traveled, times of day, and other variables that will be later discussed.

RECOVERY ZONE
incorporates our total recovery package. Whether you’re an athlete, avid workout enthusiast, or anyone suffering from typical aches and pains, such as arthritis, bursitis, or inflammation, ‘Recovery Zone’ is for you. Our program can be 30 to 60 minutes in length, broken down into segments that include: the Dry Sauna, Massage, and Stretch & Myofascial release efforts, Each segment can vary in length, depends on the client’s needs and services provided.
